We provide expert training on a variety of topics for researchers and other professionals from a wide range of academic disciplines, especially early career researchers (ECRs).

Prof Craig Blewett

Craig has been involved in researching and developing innovative solutions for teaching with technology for over 25 years. He is an associate professor at UKZN in South Africa. He is the developer of the Active Connected Teaching approach, a first-of-its-kind approach to online and blended learning. His approach has impacted hundreds of thousands of people around the world.

Prof Vivienne Harpwood

Vivienne is Emerita Professor of Law at Cardiff University where she held a Chair in Medical Law and Ethics for 20 years. She has recently joined UNESCO’s Bioethics programme and with her experience on various UK ethics committees and government advisory bodies, Vivienne has the special capabilities to develop credible courses in the area of ethics training for STEM professionals.

Owain Tudor

Owain was the catalyst, along with Professors Harpwood and Blewett, in the establishment of Ellucido. Deloitte-trained, Owain leads Ellucido's commercial activities. He has a passion for healthcare education being a founding partner of EIDO Healthcare, an international leader in consent publishing and training.

Lydia Turton

Lydia is Ellucido's course project lead. She has
a first-class honours degree in Mathematics and puts her analytical skills to work, helping to create great courses. She is a team player, co-ordinating across the full spectrum of the business including customers, course leaders, writers and editors.

Jake Allfree

After originally planning to train as an engineer, Jake took a career 180 after falling in love with teaching whilst at university. He started working for one of the largest tutoring agencies in the UK over 4 years ago, since then he’s racked up over 2000 hours worth of teaching experience. He has appeared as an expert on exam-prep podcasts and even been interviewed by
The Telegraph.

Kayla Blewett

Kayla recently graduated with a Bachelors's degree in Law, where she gained fundamental business and legal skills. She began her career as a project manager for EIDO healthcare while continuing her studies and obtaining a CFA level 1 qualification. She is task-driven and strives to deliver the highest quality
of work.
